All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse. All freight charges will be paid by the customer. We will ship by the method we consider best unless you make a specific request.
Shipping Options offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the U.S.
In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited (Next Day/2 Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays. uses UPS and USPS Priority for shipping for the moment except Hawaii & Alaska.

All merchandise is securely packed and leaves our warehouse in good condition. We are not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse.If shipment shows outside evidence of damage or you suspect damage:

1. Do not alter the shipping container or it's contents until the freight carrier has inspected them.
2. Call UPS or Trucking Company to file claim immediately.
3. Notify us.
4. Shortages or damages must be reported within five days.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact within 15 days from the delivery of your item for an exchange or refund. Goods returned for any reason other than being defective will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns without authorizations. Unauthorized returns WILL NOT be credited.
